Design, Installation & Commissioning of 262 kW PV Hybrid System with FSC in UNICEF Office: Zularistan Ltd connected a PV Hybrid System for UNICEF offices in UNOCA compound in Kabul Afghanistan in September 2018. The hybrid system includes 262 kW solar modules, 12 Pcs of SMA PV Inverters and 1,185 kVA diesel generators. Zularistan successfully Introduced and Installed the Fuel Save Controller (FSC) from SMA, Germany for the first time in Afghanistan in a solar hybrid project. The advantage of this FSC is Fuel Saving, Increasing the PV generation to Maximum and decreasing the fuel usage to Minimum point. The PV and DG ratio is set to as 70%:30% for maximum consumption of the power from PV system.
